How to enter your school.

Download and print off an entry form (Eng & Wales) (Scot). Complete and return the entry form as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can complete an online entry form opposite. Please remember to submit a separate entry form for each project you are submitting (there is no limit to the number of entries any school can submit).

This will enable us to keep you updated with information on the TOTAL Green School Awards (it will not be used for any other purpose). Set your pupils the challenge of producing a project involving everyone in your group or class that meets with one of the TOTAL Green School Awards categories.

Your completed project must be submitted by 6th May 2009 to:

Projects can be submitted in a wide range of formats and any of the following (or a mixture) is acceptable:

• CD or CD ROM*
• video/DVD
• paper
• website
• models
• photography
• audio tape

*If submitting projects on CD ROM, please use Microsoft Office applications or pdf documents. Any format that the judges can look at and evaluate is admissible.
